Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply to the Jira Cloud apps published by Harsh Kamdar ("we") on the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using an app, you ("the customer") agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each app on the Atlassian sites where it is installed, for as long as it is installed and, for paid apps, your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the apps.
2. Payment
Free apps cost nothing. Paid apps are billed by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which govern prices, renewals and refunds.
3. Your data
You own the content you put into the apps. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Support and changes
We provide support through the channel on our Support page on a reasonable-effort basis. We may update the apps to fix problems, add features or follow Atlassian platform changes.
5. No warranty
The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending these terms
You may stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept it.
