Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy covers the Jira Cloud apps published by Harsh Kamdar ("we") on the Atlassian Marketplace, including Dashboard Notes. In short: our apps run entirely on Atlassian's platform, and we never receive, see or sell your data.
What the apps store
| App | Data | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard Notes | The note content and images you save in each gadget, the gadget's settings, and the last five saved versions with their save times. It does not store user names, account IDs or other personal data about Jira users. | To show the note and let editors restore earlier versions |
| Epic Progress | Nothing of its own. It reads epics and their child issues as the viewing user each time the gadget loads, and keeps no copy. The gadget's settings (such as the chosen project or JQL) are stored by Jira as part of the dashboard. | To draw progress bars, forecasts and risk flags |
| Release Progress | Nothing of its own. It reads the project's versions, the issues in them and those issues' Fix Version history as the viewing user each time the gadget loads, and keeps no copy. The gadget's settings (such as the chosen project and versions) are stored by Jira as part of the dashboard. | To draw progress bars, forecasts and risk flags for each release |
Where it is stored
The apps are built on Atlassian Forge. Data is kept in Atlassian's Forge app storage for your Jira site, inside Atlassian's infrastructure. It is not sent to us or to any third party. Storage location and data residency follow Atlassian's policies for Forge apps.
What we do not do
- We do not run our own servers or databases for these apps.
- We do not use analytics, tracking or cookies.
- We do not sell, share or rent data.
Atlassian's role
Atlassian hosts the apps and processes data as described in the Atlassian Privacy Policy. Atlassian may give us aggregate information about installations, such as how many sites use an app, for licensing and support.
Retention and deletion
Data stays until an editor changes it or the app is uninstalled. When an app is uninstalled, its stored data is deleted by Atlassian in line with Forge's data retention rules.
Support requests
If you contact us for help, we receive only what you choose to send, and use it only to answer you. Please don't include confidential ticket or customer data.
